Project Engineer
Job Description

Prepare and manage project documents using Procure software (drawing logs, RFIs, change orders, submittals, closeout, and documents) for civil engineering projects. Stop work as required to prevent work from being completed out of compliance with the project drawings and specifications and prescribe necessary corrective action before continuing work. Coordinate inspection and oversight from the government’s Quality Assurance Representative. Assist in the development of cost estimates, schedules, review plans, and other technical documents. Assist the project team with site safety documentation, coordination, and closeout of projects. Prepare and maintain project schedules. Identify, track, and procure all necessary materials ensuring they arrive as needed, and according to project schedule. Manage the submittal process and effectively communicate with subcontractors and project teams as needed to ensure potential issues are quickly resolved.

Requirements: Master’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 1-year experience as a Project Engineer, Civil Engineer, Field Engineer, or related.
