Construction Manager

Job Description ​

Coordinate and distribute information among the owners’ team, the company’s operations staff, and sub-contractors.  Participate in design-builds, design build-bids, and CM at-risk projects; read and review drawings and specifications; manage and ensure projects are being built according to contract documents; prepare and coordinate RFIs; review submittals; coordinate material and deliveries with sub-contractors; review sub-contractors payment applications; maintain project documentation in Procore software; review progress and update construction schedules in P6; construction site planning and coordination; participate in purchasing and contract negotiations with subcontractors.  Support senior project managers in cost control including preparing and processing payment applications to owners, and risk management.

Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
